Variety description: This Habanero chili is a pot plant or outdoor plant that grows slim and upright, is strong and easy to cultivate.

In contrast to the other Habanero varieties, the bright red fruits grow a little larger. They also have an elongated shape and are 5-7 cm in size. The pods are lime green after 70 days and then ripen to red within 90 days. The fruits can be used fresh or dried.

For pot cultivation, a container with a diameter of around 15-20 cm is sufficient. Of course, you can also choose a larger plant container. 18 - 25 cm is just as possible.

On the Scorville spiciness scale, the 'Hot Paper Lantern' variety is one of the very hot chilis.

With perennial chilis, a harvest is often possible all year round.

The plant can be kept outside in the summer and can simply be brought inside in the winter when it is cold. It loves bright to full sun locations and only moderate amounts of water.
