The automated control unit for the control and maintenance of EC and pH is a simple to use system that allows to continuously measure and automatically adjust the pH and EC values ??of the nutrient solution.

It was designed to be the simplest and most functional nutrient and pH controller on the market. It can be used with any automated irrigation system or in any system it is necessary to monitor and adjust the EC and pH of the water.

The controller automatically and very precisely doses the fertilizers in the water, at the same time adjusting the acidity and all according to the parameters set by the user at the time of programming

The amount of fertilizer that the pump must draw and from each bottle (buffer pH, A and B) is independently adjustable.

The controller also automatically activates the pump for irrigation once the desired pH and EC values ??have been reached.

The system is complete with everything and ready for use: pH probe, EC probe, pH probe holder, pipes and fittings, injectors as well as bracket and screws for fixing to the wall.

1 - Switch on the controller

Once the controller y connected to the power has been installed, proceed with programming the fertilizer pumps, programming the pH set point and selecting the pH up or pH down mode.

Verify that the pH and EC probe are calibrated.

Also program the switch-on and switch-off times.

2 - Recirculation

The tank recirculation pump is activated by the controller at the scheduled time.

3 - Measurement of conductivity

The EC probe measures the conductivity of the solution and the pump display shows the value.

4 - Dosage of fertilizers

The pumps for regulating the electrical conductivity suck the fertilizers from the bottles through the suction filter.

5 - Release of fertilizers

The pumps dose the fertilizers through the injection valves and these are released into the water recirculation manifold.

6 - Measurement of pH

The pH probe continuously measures the acidity or alkalinity level of the nutrient solution which is shown on the pump display.

7 - Dosing of the buffer solution

The pH regulating pump sucks the buffer solution (pH up or pH down) from the bottle and doses it through the injector until the programmed set point is reached.

8 - Activation of the recirculation pump

The circulation pump is automatically activated by the controller only when the pH or EC values ??are perfectly regulated and stable.
