The rockwool planting block is a support for germinating seeds and rooting seedlings and cuttings.

The rockwool planting blocks are used as supports for hydroponic cultivation, as thanks to their mineral composition they are inert, making them a clean and safe support system.

For a good use of the rockwool planting blocks, we advise you to soak them in pH water (5.2 or 5.3) 24 hours before use in order to lower the high pH level they are manufactured with.

It is used both for germination and for transplanting bare-root plants.

This type of na de roca plugs have a central hole, and there are two sizes to choose from, one 28mm diameter by 35mm deep and the other 38mm diameter by 35mm deep.

These holes in the rockwool plugs can accommodate the rockwool plugs of the 150 cell and 77 cell trays respectively when transplanting.
