Backdraft Damper Blauberg VRV 125mm

Backdraft damper made with a spring which closes two small plates when the air does not flow in the right direction. The backdraft damper prevents the backflow of air, when the extractor is stopped, it also has the function to prevent pests from entering through the extraction pipe.

Design:

• Compatible with Ø 100 up to 315 mm round air ducts.
• Galvanized steel case.
• Two spring-loaded blades made of aluminium.
• Blades are opened by air pressure and are closed with a spring.

Mounting:

• Fixing to round ducts with clamps.
• Provide vertical position of blade axis.
• Install the backdraft damper into the ventilation system with respect to the air flow direction.
